> Definitely the best Monty Python *film*, thematically and structurally speaking.

Was it? I still felt that it was a few good sketches patched up together into a film. Nevertheless, I laughed my a** off. It also has the best ending ever.
bwahahaha, that's pretty much true about all of their films, though then again, they admit their intention has always been to create sketch films. So with that in mind, it's definitely the best of the lot. Though Meaning of Life actually has the more stronger sketches, that works so well on their individual selves. But this one worked a lot more as a coherent movie.

(my particular favourite is the stoning scene. And the ex-leper!)
I'm giggling right now just thinking about the stoning sketch =)
